At Found Store, we want you to love your curated wardrobe; if a piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
